How does Taking a Break Guide work?

Taking a Break Guide acts as your personal coach straight from your calendar:

1. Sync calendar reminders to your calendar.
2. Follow the daily morning and evening activities.
3. Watch your energy levels, productivity, and contentment at work shift.

2 work breaks x 15 minutes will do wonders for your productivity, focus, concentration, and performance! Trust us.

Our advice:
Time blocking calendar helps to stick to planned routines, yet it's not always possible to have regular work breaks as tasks and meetings come at different times. It's okay to skip a break if you reschedule it for later.

Why do you need to take breaks during the work day?

Why do you need to take breaks during the work day?

Feeling like you could have more free time if you completed just this one last bit which usually ends up taking the rest of the day and night? Taking breaks during work is essential for these 3 reasons:

#1Only you can draw a line between work, productive work, and life

The biggest drawback of working from home is that we feel like we can work pretty much all the time. Meetings and calls come in at all times of the day and we feel obliged to be available postponing even the bathroom. But it's not the case and you need to start owning your time.

#2Your spine, eyes, muscles - your body was not designed to sit all day staring at a screen
Never forget it and treat your body right. It is after all the only real home you have with caution. It deserves breaks, rest, and to replenish mental capacity. Treat it well and it will pay long-term dividends.

#3We don't have unlimited mental capacity

How can working 30 minutes less help you to complete more? Easy. We lose focus and ability to see objectively after about 45 minutes. So giving yourself a break increases brain function, productivity, and focus.
